Monterey County SELPA Local Plan
The LEA superintendent (for a district) or chief administrator (for a charter LEA) ensures the current SELPA Local Plan, Section B: Governance and Administration, Section D: Annual Budget Plan, and Section E: Annual Service Plan, including updates or revisions to Sections B, D, E, and/or Attachments, is posted on the LEA web site, is on file at each LEA and is available to any interested party.
