Facilities Front and Stadium Entrance Project Plans Review Meeting | August 2, 2023

We are inviting all interested staff members and athletic coaches to a high school Facilities Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 2, 2023. The meeting will be held in the NMC High School Library, and we aim to begin at 5:45 p.m. with a provided light dinner. The review of the project and discussion begins at 6:00 p.m. and we plan to conclude by 7:30 p.m.  Note that there is a Back-to-the-Nest student registration event occuring until 6 p.m. on campus as well. 
 
Proposed Agenda:

- Welcome 
- Update on the Front Entrance/Stadium Entrance Project at the high school
- Discussion of an ADA compliance and need for re-design/project revision
- Table group stakeholder review, input and suggestions 
 
Your attendance and active participation are essential as we will be making significant decisions regarding our facility development and improvements. This meeting presents an opportunity for stakeholders to provide valuable insights, ask questions, and contribute to shaping the future of our facilities.
 
As this meeting is RSVP only, kindly fill out the form attached if you are planning to be in attendance.  The space will accommodate up to 50 people who will be seated in groups to review the design documents.
